The ETI Model ACDC-10 is a small, lightweight, and portable AC and DC power supply. The unit is intended for resetting circuit breaker charging motors and other general-purpose applications. Portable Circuit Breaker Tester
PI-1600
The PI-1600 Circuit Breaker Tester incorporates modular design and flexibility to provide unequaled capability in a portable package. The PI-1600 test set is two testers in one, incorporating the PI-800 and PI-AUX. The PI-800 section can be used alone, on 120 or 240 VAC supplies, generating continuous current of 400, 800, amps at 4.2 kVA, with peak output to over 10x. When configured for the PI-1600, the PI-AUX output unit is connected in series or parallel to the PI-800. The PI-AUX boosts total power to 9.8KVA, and allows testing of draw-out breakers and MCB’s to 1600 Amps. The units are housed in rugged interlocking suitcase-size enclosures. Each piece weighs no more than 125 pounds, allowing one-person hand truck mobility. Basic operation is very simple, and the proven MAC-21 control instrumentation provides optimal output control and measurement. The MAC-21 instrumentation is supplied in a separate rugged portable case, interlocks on top of the PI-800, and connects to a cable in the rear of the test set.

Primary Injection Testers
AT-10B
ETI’s AT-10B autotransformer steps-down 480V outputs to 240V outputs. This portable autotransformer allows ETI’s PI-1600 or PI-800 circuit breaker testers to be used at full-capacity on 240 and 480 VAC lines. The unit provides 240 VAC at 10 kVA, is housed in a rugged ABS enclosure approximately 22″ x 11″ x 22″, and weighs less than 125 lbs.

Primary Injection Test Set
PI-6000
The PI-6000 is a rugged & durable primary injection test set capable of testing circuit breakers up to 6,000 amperes frame size. It incorporates an output transformer with dual primaries to facilitate its use on power sources of 480 VAC as well as 208-240 VAC. The unit also includes dual secondaries to provide optimal impedance matching to a wide range of circuit breaker sizes. An internal voltage sensor automatically configures the AC control power section to be energized only when properly configured for the applied voltage.

The MAC-21 uses proven microprocessor and A/D converter technology to provide real-time waveform analysis. This ensures accurate true-RMS readings of current pulses, even with DC offset and distortion, which are typical in primary injection testing. Intelligent threshold algorithms provide accurate trip time measurement. Integration of measurement and control functions allow advanced features such as preset on times, auto ranging, and optional printer or computer interface.
