Multi-scale Digital Beer Refractometer for measuring the Dissolved Solids, Specific Gravity of wort, and propylene glycol antifreeze. This refractometer will give you a much more accurate indication of true total sugar content of wort, as opposed to an estimate from a sucrose-based Brix refractometer. These beer scales are automatically temperature compensated specifically for wort. The propylene glycol scale is ideal for propylene glycol antifreeze in wort coolers and chiller systems.
