Temperature/Humidity/Dew Point Circular Chart Recorder

The Model 4013 extensometer meets the requirements of ASTM D5656 for measuring the strain properties of an adhesive in shear. It uses different contact point spacing compared to the extensometer shown in D5656. This makes it much easier to mount and eliminates the slippage problems associated with the design shown in the ASTM standard. The Model 4013 is available with all of Epsilon’s temperature configurations. It has a 3.0 mm (0.12 inches) full scale measuring range. The conical point contacts included with the extensometer are made from tungsten carbide.The Model 4013 extensometers are strain gaged devices, making them compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers. Most often they are connected to a test machine controller. The signal conditioning electronics for the extensometer is typically included with the test machine controller or may often be added. In this case the extensometer is shipped with the proper connector and wiring to plug directly into the electronics. For systems lacking the required electronics, Epsilon can provide a variety of solutions, allowing the extensometer output to be connected to data acquisition boards, chart recorders or other equipment.

The MMR-6700 digital meter is designed for measuring low resistances with a stabilised current of up to 200 A. The use of test clamps enables the safe measurement of breakers (high-, medium- and lowvoltage), isolators and other components earthed on both sides. The MMR-6700 series meters are equipped with a unique module in their class that measures inductive components which have a current of up to 10 A, enabling the winding resistance of motors, transformers and other inductive components to be measured. Another useful function is the temperature measurement and the automatic compensation of results with relation to the measured temperature or temperature set by the user. The system is completed with a recorder function. These COD gages use a high-temperature capacitive sensor and do not require any cooling. They will operate up to the maximum temperature limit of most environmental chambers used in materials testing. The Model 7641 is ideal for determination of fracture mechanics parameters such as JIC, KIC, R-curve, fatigue crack growth rate (da/dN), and testing to standards such as E1820, E399, E647, etc. All units can be displaced slightly in compression for ease of installation. The COD gage is supplied with the advanced DT6229 controller. The standard output is 0-10VDC analog signal, factory calibrated with the COD gage. This system provides a number of functional enhancements, including: high speed digital output, built in calibration and tare functions, analog and digital filters, and more. The 7641 is readily interfaced with most existing test controllers, and may be directly connected to a data acquisition system or chart recorder, or directly to a PC. The 7641 may be used for strain controlled tests such as JIC.
