Automatic transducer recognition and electrical calibration, makes them easy to use. High Voltage Tester
The High voltage tester for routine testing of MCBs combines a conventional high voltage tester with a specially designed robust fixture to hold 20 single pole MCBs at a time. This application enables the analyzer to perform enhanced time domain analysis for high-speed data applications. All functionality of the S95010B are included (TDR/TDT mode). In addition, the S95011B enables more detailed measurements and evaluations, such as eye-diagram / mask modes, without adding PLTS software. Jitter and emphasis / equalization capabilities enable simulation of real-world signals and environment. The S95011B covers up to 53 GHz bandwidth. Full calibration is available and the automatic deskew ensures easy removal of fixture and probe effects. To get the best accuracy, mechanical calibration kits or ECal with DC option (i.e., N469xD or N4433D with Option 0DC) are recommended.

Design for Test
Test Coach offers Design for Test (DFT) consulting to assist customers with design review of prototype boards prior to release for production. Design for Test analysis is extremely important in ensuring that an assembly will achieve the highest possible test coverage. For ICT, this DFT will review the board to confirm that the bed-of-nails test fixture can be fabricated to test an assembly without sacrificing test coverage. As with ICT, Flying Probe benefits from DFT analysis by reviewing test point access and mechanical challenges that may affect the potential test coverage.
