The T500U CAPS NO2 Analyzer represents the next generation of criteria pollutant monitoring technology for the direct measurement of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) in air. The instrument utilizes a patented Cavity Attenuated Phase Shift (CAPS) technique to provide an extremely sensitive, fast and accurate NO2 measurement in a cost effective and low maintenance instrument package.The T500U provides a direct NO2 measurement, eliminating the need for catalytic conversion or reagents which introduce measurement artifacts inherent in traditional heated metal converter based chemiluminescense instruments. The CAPS measurement approach also reduces maintenance items, and removes the need for hazardous materials and high temperature scrubbers within the instrument. The T500U has an expected maintenance interval of one year under typical ambient monitoring conditions.

The Model T201 combines a specially configured chemiluminescence analyzer with an external thermal converter to give stable and repeatable NH3 measurements at very low levels. In addition, the T201 provides simultaneous values for NO, NO2, and NOx concentrations. The T201 is ideal for trace ammonia monitoring applications in ambient air as well as in clean rooms and make-up air units. Optional zero and span valves allow automatic, unattended calibration checks.The Model T201 achieves its remarkable stability by means of an AutoZero valve which measures and corrects for zero noise. MEXA-ONE-QL-NX
The MEXA-ONE-QL-NX is an analyzer for the direct, simultaneous real-time measurement of the four relevant nitrogen-containing exhaust gas components NO, NO2, N2O and NH3.The analyzer combines a light source based on the new quantum cascade technology (efficient lasers in the mid-infrared spectral region) with a precisely adjusted dual path cell to measure low concentrations with maximum sensitivity. The detection limit complies with current European legal requirements.Furthermore, the MEXA-ONE-QL-NX offers wide measuring ranges of up to 5000 ppm (for NO). By using extremely narrowband light sources and measuring under reduced pressure the cross-sensitivity to other exhaust gas components can be drastically minimized.The complete measuring system - including filtration - is specifically developed for the measurement of NH3 and thus guarantees a very fast NH3 rise time (T10-T90) of less than 5 seconds. The Model T200P provides measurements of NO and NO2 using our Model T200 NOx analyzer combined with a patented high efficiency photolytic converter. Even low temperature molybdenum converters transform other nitrogen-containing compounds such as HNO3, PAN, etc. to a considerable extent. Simultaneous measurements of NO2 performed with molybdenum and photolytic converters have shown significantly different results in the presence of such compounds.In the photolytic process the sample gas passes through a cell where it is exposed to light at a specific wavelength from an LED array. This causes the NO2 to be selectively converted to NO with negligible interference from other gases. Advances in the photolytic converter technology now yields NO2 conversion efficiency that is similar to molybdenum under typical ambient NO2 concentrations, but without the same interferences.

The Model T750 is a portable, microprocessor based calibrator for precision gas analyzers. Using highly accurate mass flow controllers combined with compressed sources of standard gases, calibration standards are provided for multipoint span and zero calibrations. The T750 is housed in a high-density, molded travel case which includes an integral handle and wheels for durability and ease of use in the field.The Model T750 can be equipped with an optional UV ozone generator for accurate, dependable ozone calibrations, and production of NO2 when blended with NO gas in the included, internal gas phase titration (GPT) chamber. An optional photometer allows even more precise control of the ozone generator giving accurate and dependable ozone calibrations and enhanced GPT. A number of calibration sequences may be programmed into the non-volatile memory of the Model T750, covering time periods up to a year.

The Model T700U is a microprocessor based calibrator for precision, trace-level gas analyzers. Using highly accurate mass flow controllers combined with compressed sources of standard gases, calibration standards are provided for multipoint span and zero checks using up to 4 gas sources.In addition to the features of the Model T700, the Model T700U is designed for the demanding requirements of trace-level measurements. The ability to calibrate and verify linearity for NO2 at levels below 50 ppb is difficult with standard calibrators. To overcome this limitation, the Model T700U ozone generator operates in two modes; a high range with similar performance to the Model T700 ozone generator, and a low range, or "fractional" mode, for producing accurate ozone levels down to 3 ppb. To ensure the highest accuracy of NO2 output, the calibrator measures the ozone concentration prior to performing a GPT, and the range is selected automatically by the Model T700U based on ozone concentration and flow specified by the user.

The T701 adds Modbus TCP/IP connectivity to the proven reliability and performance of our zero air systems. This allows remote monitoring of key instrument functions including dewpoint status, scrubber temperature, box temperature, and output pressure. Additionally, this digital access provides the ability to remotely disable the internal pump, allowing longer service intervals and less power consumption. The user can also remotely start instrument warm-up prior to arrival at the site.The T701 is a fully self-contained source of clean, dry air for dilution calibrators. It can also be used to create purge air for permeation tube ovens or burner air for FID analyzers. The T701 includes a dewpoint sensor, an oil and diaphragm-free pump, and scrubbers to remove SO2, NO, NO2, O3, H2S, and NH3. Optional high performance scrubbers are available to remove CO and Hydrocarbons.
