In-Situ Cross- Stack Laser Analyzer
LS25 is an in-situ analyzer for non-contact measurement of the concentration of gases. The measuring principle of the LS25 is based on the principle of single line spectroscopy (Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy, TDLAS). A single cross-sensitivity-free absorption line of the gas to be measured is selected in the near infrared range. A single-mode diode laser operating at room temperature scans the respective absorption line. By using an opposite receiver, the absorption caused by the sample gas is measured and from this the concentration is calculated. An automatic correction for pressure and temperature changes is possible. In addition, the transmission is displayed respectively output as a signal for preventive maintenance.

The Keysight N1231B PCI Three-Axis Laser Board with External Sampling is a register based PCI bus board that implements three axes of laser interferometer measurement for position monitoring and closed-loop servo control. There are four external sample inputs along with four data hold inputs that allow easy synchronization with user systems. Several threshold compare registers, with both hardware outputs and interrupt capability, can be used for travel limit and in window or out of window detection functions. The dual mode hardware position outputs, controlled by the hold inputs, provide either a 32-bits/axis parallel interface or a 36-bit multiplexed interface to the 36-bit axis position data at rates up to 20MHz. The user can programmatically access the externally sampled position and velocity data, as well as software sampled position and velocity data, over the PCI bus at rates up to 100kHz (3 axes of position and velocity) or 200kHz (position or velocity only).

Spot Creator solves a major problem with using asymmetric blue laser diodes: the production of engraving features that are different in the X-Y directions, resulting in unequal or blurred lines. The LDD100 employs a digitally programmable analogue end stage for flexible and accurate current control. Currents of up to 600A with pulse durations of 50ns to 3s are generated with rise and fall times of 70ns (F-version) or 600ns (XL-version) – essentially without overshoot. Due to the flexibility in setup and control, the LDD100 is practical for many laboratory applications. For automated measurements, the unit may be directly controlled via the USB interface. Alternatively, all parameters may be input via the graphical software or via the integrated keypad and OLED display.
