Low Profile Compression Only Load Button Load Cell with Mounting Holes
LBC SERIES
The LBC Series (Load Button) load cells are offered for compression only applications where space is limited. The matching surface must be flat and at least the diameter of (D1). The loading diameter (D2) is slightly convex for accurate load distribution. Counter bored mounting holes are provided for fastening down from the top. These sensors are manufactured from heat treated 17-4ph stainless steel and sealed for use in most industrial environments.

The Tester 1006 has a simultaneous control function of up to 4 load cells in any weighing system, upload and download function for programming the DAT and MC 302 series instruments, but it can also be used as a Calibrator and Peak detector. It is very useful for the correct mechanical installation and for fault diagnosis. The Tester 1006 is supplied as standard with cable for connection to our junction boxes / sum mod. CEM 4 / C and CGS 4 / C. The LCA-RTC Module provide low-cost, dedicated signal conditioning for a single bridge type load cell or torque sensor. Model LCA-RTC comes with removable screw-clamp terminal connectors, which accept wires without soldering.On- board jumper selections include sensitivities from 0.5 mV/V to 10 mV/V, bandwidths from 100 Hz to 30 kHz, and amplified outputs of 0 to ±5V, 0 to ±10V, 0-16 mA, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA. Zero and span adjustments are via precision 25-turn low-tempco metal film potentiometers.The units can be operated next to the sensor with 4-wire hookup or at distances up to 1 km (3300 feet) with 6-wire hookup. An onboard 87.325 kΩ resistor allows easy shunt calibration at the push of a button. Provision is also made for a user-furnished calibration resistor. Power requirements are 11.8 to 26V DC with load currents from 10 to 60 mA, the latter applying when the unit provides 10V DC excitation to a 350 ohm load cell and delivers a 20 mA analog output.

The PIAB LKVE electronic overload protection system consists of a force transmitter with amplifier and an electronic signal processing unit. The PIAB LKVE force transmitter is attached to a stationary line part. The rope is deflected via a slight angle between the two wheels and the clamping jaw. When loaded, the rope tends to straighten and applies a force which is transmitted to the load cell. The load cell in the PIAB LKVE delivers a signal proportional to the force on the load cell. The signal is amplified and is converted to 4-20mA. This standardized signal (4-20mA) allows distances between the force transmitter and the electronic unit to be 500 m.
